EDM ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF SHARMA TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Halifax, Nova Scotia, October 4, 2022 – EDM Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EDM) (“EDM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Rajesh Sharma, has joined the Board of Directors as a nominee of Fancamp Exploration Ltd. As announced by the Company in its news release of September 16, 2021, Fancamp has the right to nominate a director to the Company’s board as long as it holds over 10% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares.
